The above mentioned rates are quoted on a per room, per night basis, including tax and service charge.

Transportation
Bus transportation from the international airport – hotel v.v. can be arranged. This is also included in the OSWI Hotel Rate and is offered Complimentary.
Check-in and Check-out Time
The hotel’s check-in time is 17.00 hours and check-out time is 13.00 hours. However it may not always be possible to have all group rooms ready by 17.00 hours. In order to maximize the efficiency of check-in, we require a detailed arrival schedule at least seven (7) working days in advance. Should you require a later check-out until 19.00 hrs; half the applicable rate per room will be charged. Thereafter, a full night’s rate will apply. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, determined by the day’s arrival and departure pattern of the hotel. For delegates arriving after 12:00 midnight, reservations will be made one day in advance, keeping in mind that the check in time is 17: 00hrs.
The Torarica Hotel and the Royal Torarica are next to each other whilst the Eco Resort is approximately 7 minutes walking distance from the conference hall.
Children Policy
Children of 5 years or younger (depends on their size) can be accommodated in a standard room with a king bed. No extra bed can be placed in a standard room. Therefore, adults travelling with a child or children would have to reserve an executive room. The child (12 years or under) stays free of charge, but the room that should be reserved is an executive room.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
To guarantee your reservations please return the completed reservation form to the reservations department of the Torarica GROUP OF HOTELS no later than May 31st 2013. Reservations made after this date will be will not be at the conference rate and subject to availability. A deposit of one (1) night will be required to secure your reservations.
CANCELLATION POLICY: –
Should your travel plans change, please advise the hotel in writing. No-Shows will attract a 1 night penalty. The hotel strongly recommends that you purchased trip insurance cover any unforeseen circumstances and protect against loss of your deposit.
