Room Rates are available through the period July 8 – 12, 2014

Royal Villa Rooms (Garden View)                        Single USD $175.00/Double $200.00

Royal Villa Room (Ocean Front)                           Single USD$325.00/Double $350.00

Run- of-Hotel Rooms                                              Single USD$225.00 / Double $250.00

The above mentioned rates are per room per night and subject to 10% tax, 15% service charge and $4.00 daily per room occupancy tax. Rates include full breakfast daily.

Royal Villa Inclusions:

The Royal Villa operates like a mini hotel and are configured with 5, 6 or 7 bedrooms along with private pools. Each bedroom has its own keyed entrance and facilities (en suite bathroom direct dial telephone, radio, cable TV, air-conditioner, safe, bathrobes etc.) with the garden or ocean view, high-speed wireless internet access is available in each villa, strongest in the living area, at no additional cost. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is also available in the hotel rooms and resort hotspots.

Each Villa is staffed with a butler, housekeeper & cook. The cook stays in the villa overnight (next to the kitchen service area) while the butler and housekeeper leave at the end of duty each day.

Each Villa will also be stocked with breakfast items and guest can choose a Jamaica, Continental or American experience as catered by the individual villa staff. The choice is made the night prior; on the first morning an American breakfast will be prepared unless another option is selected prior to arrival.

The Royal Villa Rooms hold a maximum of 2 adults and a child. For larger families we propose the Run-Of-Hotel. Sharing rates (include tax and service charge).

The rooms are based on single or double occupancy.  A 3rd person can be placed in the room at an additional charge of US$60 per night for the accommodation, and US$25 per person, per day  plus 25% tax and service for the breakfast  – 13 yrs and older.

For children 12 years and under the accommodation is free, however the charge for breakfast will be US$12.50 per child, per day plus 25% tax and service charge.

Group rates valid 3 days’ pre/post the peak group dates subject to availability. Pre and Post stays are not guaranteed in the Royal Villas.

Transportation

Round trip airport transfers from the Sangster international Airport in Montego Bay will be provided by Jamaica Tours Limited.   The cost for the transfer US$20 per person round trip will be billed to each room.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking all reservations. The cut of date for receipt of reservations is June 8^th 2014. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY: –

Should your travel plans change, Guest are responsible for advising the Half Moon in writing prior to June 1^st 2014. Cancellations received on/after June 1^st 2014 will attract a two (2) night penalty on each room cancelled. Further cancellations received on/after June 8^th 2014 or no-shows will attract a four (4) night penalty on each affected room. The hotel recommends that guests purchase trip insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances and protect against loss of deposit.

Kindly note that reservations cannot be made using any hand held devices, (blackberry, i-phones, i-pads etc).  It has to be made using a lap top or a desktop.

Please note that guests are not able to make multiple reservations at once.  The rooms have to booked one at a time.

When making the reservation online please place 2 in the adult section and indicate in the comment section, that there will be an additional person in the room and their age.  The bedding in the room can either be a king bed and a twin bed, or three twin beds or two twin beds.
Flight information (airline name, number and time) must be provided for our records.  Complete details will ensure a smooth transition to and from the airport.
